This PATH was created to aid you in being the best baseball player you can be. It can help you with hand-eye coordination, hitting, running, sliding, throwing and catching. It can also help in increasing strength, focus and stamina while playing.

In addition to this, it can also help you to foster an attitude of confidence that will be of great assistance while practicing and competing.

This PATH can assist your mind and body's ability to:


  • Increase awareness on the field
  • Increase flexibility
  • Increase hand-eye coordination
  • Increase strength
  • Increase energy
  • Increase self-confidence
  • Increase capacity for teamwork
  • Increase willingness to prepare
  • Increase ability to maintain a game-winning attitude



This PATH has 2 different versions: One for those above 18 and one for those who are less than 18. No alterations will be needed unless the child is less than 6 years of age.

This PATH is ideal for kids and teens involved in the sport, as it will help foster the physical and mental qualities needed to excel.

My whole attitude on life is changing right before my eyes because of you. I have spent the last 40 years maybe even 42 years with negative messages, and self talk that has made life almost unbearable. I spent the last 20 years trying everything to change.
